This was my first time using this self service and to be honest this is what I’ll continue doing for my renewals. It was very convenient, fast and easy. I’m currently dealing with health challenges so being able to do the online portion at home and at my pace was great. The practical test was also easy and convenient once I got the hang of it. The ventilation portion can be challenging as the computer wouldn’t recognize my efforts at first despite me doing things right. I’m left handed and was ventilating with my right hand while using my left to hold the seal. Once I switched sides it magically worked so I have to wonder if it just responds better ventilating with the left hand. The videos sent ahead of time were extremely helpful and basically prepared me for the test. I was done pretty quick and got my card immediately as I paid the extra $5. The overall price is about 25% more than an in class version so a bit on the more expensive side but considering what goes into it I’m ok paying a bit more. I’m really glad I found this option for my BLS renewals.

Quick and easy. I like the feature to be able to retake right away if I failed a section. The practice time was great. I didn't have to start cold turkey.

Best CPR training I’ve ever had! Felt far more confident in my skills & knowledge with this course compared to instructor led classes. Location was easy to access & the whole experience from the online portion to skills test was excellent.

I couldn't register because it requires you to upload part 1 and gives an error. If you're registering for the first time, you don't have part 1, because you're registering for it. I used a different provider with site that allowed effortless registration. I'm afraid if I can't even register, the course is probably just as bad.

Impressed with how simple and easy it was to sign up and take the course. The staff were very helpful when I had to call and reschedule. The ability to do the skills on my own was really great. The computer walked me through step by step what I needed to do and I had no questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to get certified for CPR.

I was worried that this might be too complicated for me being a first time learner. The interactive portion on the dummies could not have been easier. I was reassured by the prompts the entire time, given direction and knew if I passed right away. I like how you are given as many chances to pass as needed so it takes the pressure off if being perfect. This was great!

This is a quick and effective online class. I was impressed at the fact that it was engaging and included all the essential material in an easy-to-understand format, with good reinforcement of any areas that I missed initially. The skills portion is a bit of a workout, but was also effective at improving my skills. I liked the fact that it was possible to practice first. However, the San Rafael site is in a medical office building and the room number isn't listed, so it was very difficult to find! I spent quite a while wandering around the building until I eventually found it!
