Testimonials from Our CPR-Certified Students in Tucson

Heart Start made the whole CPR certification process very simple and easy to follow. I liked the convenience of doing things at my own pace and without the distraction of other people like you may experience in a regular CPR class.
Communication was very good and easy to work with. I'll be back in a couple years. Many thanks.
Heart Start CPR is great! First time using them and overall great experience. Jeff was very helpful when I called and answered all of my questions. Multiple locations which is great. Completing the online portion at home made it simple without having to take time off from work and the hands on portion lasted about 20ish minutes. Great quality equipment no issues.
Super easy to get things done and very flexible !
Great for AHA renewal! Very smooth from the signup to skills check!
User friendly and convenient.
Such an easy and convenient way to complete the skills portion of BLS/PALS/ACLS. Will be doing this every time I need to renew from here on out!
I used Heart Start for their hybrid ACLS refresher course. I typically get recerted by my workplace inservice trainer, but the star did nit align and I couldn't attend the class. I'm very much used to the in person classroom setting for ACLS with mock mega codes run by the instructor where everyone rotates roles being on the code team. I was very hesistant about doing a hybrid course as I valued the experience from the in person mega codes...

The online didactic course was super helpful in refreshing my memory of the various AHA algorithms. The mega code portion also felt like I was being asked intelligent questions. I didn't feel the timed pressure that an in person mega code can simulate, but I've been in enough code in practice that this wasn't super important in a refresher course. Wasn't sure about the AI adaptive learning initially, but after completing the course it wasn't bad at all. The in person mannequin skills test was also very straight forward and had great feedback from the machine. The room that contained the mannequin was also clean and private. Overall a great experience, will use again in the future for my recerts.
Convenient, fast, and cost-effective.
The office was easy to find and they provided the entry code. The room was very clean, and the computer explained all necessary steps for the BLS hands-on portion. It was easy to use the mannequins and the computer provided prompts. All in all was a great experience.
Highly recommended.
