Readily available, clear expectations, clean, quiet facility. Made re-certifying a breeze!
Easy and convenient! Will use again
Really enjoyed my experience ! Would recommend to anyone and everyone !!
I was surprised by how helpful this was. The computer gives you a lot of feedback and you can retry the lessons if you want a better score!
They made it so easy to get certified and have such clear instructions!
Extremely efficient and easy
I love the convenience of being able to renew my BLS certification at my own pace, both online and the hands on skills in person. I highly recommend them!!
This was the most efficient and stress free recertification I have ever done. I will definitely use this program again
I couldn’t access the online modules through my phone. I tried with Safari and Chrome browsers and received an error code.
Also my progress stopped on the last module due to maintenance.
Otherwise, the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The process was straightforward. I liked the ease and the ability to go at my own pace. Thank you!
The course itself was fine. I learned cpr and basic life support. I do feel that $95 for a 2 hour online course and an in-person but computer instructed skills test where I didn’t interact with a single person the whole time was a bit much.
Easy and very good communication with the owner.
Very quick and effective
Recently did bls/cpr training for school. Specifically needed a renewal.

Overall good experience with clear instructions. Good communication from the team after signing up. The Online modules were good, identical to previous trainings through school. I was able to access the building suite with no problems for the in person manakin testing
Super easy and low stress! They have a new option to let you practice with the mannequins before completing your test that was super helpful. They are also super communicative so even though the test was by myself, I didn’t feel like I was left to figure anything out in my own.

Very convenient to show up for the skills part. Did the work online and showed up the next morning.

This company is absolutely amazing. I’m a little late on writing a review, but could not forget to do so after the amazing customer service I received. I had to reschedule a few times and they were always so kind and supportive helping with the rescheduling. The class it’s self is and online portion and then a hands on portion. I really liked how this is structured. I would definitely recommend and WILL recommend this company. Thank you!
Nice and clean manikin appear very new and easy to compress 😅
Very well done! And the experience was a breeze. Just watch the videos they suggest before to test your skills!

AHA CPR Certification FAQs – Portland, OR

Yes. Most providers offer renewal options even after a card expires, though you may need to complete the full certification course rather than a simple refresher. Check the course prerequisites before you register so you know whether you must repeat both online and in-person components. Early renewal is usually simpler and may require less classroom time.

Absolutely. Our courses cover practical rescue skills that anyone can use during emergencies and are designed to be approachable for lay learners. If you want pediatric-focused instruction, select a course that covers child and infant care specifically. Instructors will adapt demonstrations and practice to match learners’ experience levels.

You should bring a government-issued photo ID and proof of completion for any required online portion, as well as any registration confirmation you received. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement since you’ll practice chest compressions and rescue techniques. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact the training center ahead of time so staff can accommodate you.

Training providers typically issue official electronic certification cards the same day you successfully complete the skills assessment. Some organizations will also supply printable paperwork or a verification link you can share with employers. If you need a mailed card or additional verification, ask the training center for options.

Yes. Many training centers schedule sessions outside typical business hours to fit commuters, shift workers, and busy families. Availability varies by location, so check the course calendar when you register or request a time that suits your schedule. Private on-site training may also be scheduled at times that work for your group.

ACLS and PALS are designed for clinicians and typically expect participants to have baseline medical knowledge and clinical responsibilities. Many programs require that students hold a current basic life support certification before enrolling. If you’re unsure about prerequisites, review the course description or contact the provider for guidance.
