2. When Will I Receive My BLS Certification Card?
You will receive your American Heart Association (AHA) BLS eCard by email after completing your skills session. The card will be sent to your preferred email address. This allows you to access your certification electronically without waiting for a physical card.
3. Can You Schedule BLS Skills Sessions at Flexible Times?
Yes, BLS skills sessions offer flexible scheduling options to fit your routine. Depending on location availability, you may be able to book appointments in the morning, during the day, in the evening, or on weekends. This flexibility helps you complete your hands-on skills session around your work, studies, or personal commitments.
4. What If I Have Already Completed the Online BLS Course?
If you have already completed the online portion, you can register for the BLS Skills Test Only option. This lets you complete the required hands-on skills assessment without repeating the coursework. Choose the Skills Test Only option when registering to schedule your session.
5. How Can I Complete My Skills Session Without an Instructor Present?
The skills session uses an American Heart Association Live Feedback Manikin to guide you through the required skills and provide real-time feedback. All necessary equipment is provided at the training location, so you do not need to bring your own supplies. Before your appointment, review the available instructional videos and tips to help you prepare for the assessment.
