The support team by phone was extremely helpful. During the written test and skills lab, I was presented with many techniques that can be used to improve my BLS skills. The class definitely helped me focus on ways to make me more effective as part of the CPR process aimed to help others.
Great experience! Being able to complete the class online and then stop by for the hands-on mannequin skills check made the process so quick and convenient. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Everything was explained well and easy to follow. Location was clean and easy to find. Receiving my ACLS/BLS was made simple through this provider
Online was excellent. Facility was easy to excess, comfortable, low traffic. The manikins had poor sensing and I needed to repeat several times. Practice on their equipment before testing for less frustration.
Very clean and I love how you can just go in and get your stuff done!
No issues. Used for BLS in-person skill assessment. Completed on-line course the night before and then scheduled the in-person assessment for the following morning. Received text message and email instructions which were clear. Watched the recommended videos. Did not have any issues when I entered the building. (Did have a question with my account username/email and called the phone number and was guided through an easy fix). Was out of there in under 40 minutes.
I have been utilizing CPR VAM for the past 4 years, the education is informative, up to date and I like that you can rate your experience level. It's easy to schedule with my experience I was able to do next day testing this is so helpful when you have a busy unpredictable schedule.
I love the convenience of being able to renew my BLS certification at my own pace, both online and the hands on skills in person. I highly recommend them!!
The course itself was fine. I learned cpr and basic life support. I do feel that $95 for a 2 hour online course and an in-person but computer instructed skills test where I didn’t interact with a single person the whole time was a bit much.
I had a great experience with the updated curriculum and the addition of videos since my last renewal. The new curriculum made the course engaging, easy to follow, and much more enjoyable. I have taken CPR renewal courses in the past and usually dread them, but this experience was completely different. I truly enjoyed taking the class and appreciated the effort that went into making the content fresh, interactive, and meaningful.

I am so glad I chose to renew with CPR VAM! Thank you for creating such a positive learning experience and for making CPR renewal something I actually looked forward to completing.
Quick easy and efficient. Will absolutely come back to do PALS here as well!
Great experience. Fast and efficient.
Very good organization. From registration, online learning and hands on skills test was smooth sailing. Online support and feedback was very good. Location and equipment at skills test are high quality. I highly recommend.
Such a convenient and effective training course! I appreciated the autonomy of the experience and all the supporting resources to help learners succeed.
So easy in all aspects. Easy to find, easy directions, east process!
Experience was thorough, but also quick and easy! Everything is well maintained and clean. I will absolutely be back for my renewal here. Super sweet to provide complementary keychain breathing barriers too!!

Always make sure your certification follows recognized guidelines such as those from the AHA or equivalent bodies.

Yes. Most employers in Arizona accept CPR certification, especially in healthcare, education, fitness, and childcare industries. However, they usually require certification from a recognized organization like the American Heart Association or the Red Cross. It’s always best to check your employer’s specific requirements before enrolling.
