This was absolutely the most straight forward process and most useful CPR course I have taken. The online portion was incredibly thorough and detailed. For the in-person portion, it was helpful to have computer feedback to know how deep compressions should be and what speed they should occur at, as well as receiving feedback on positioning for giving sufficient breaths. It was also a quick process, taking less than 20 minutes to complete all in-person skills. I would highly recommend this course to anyone renewing their CPR certification or getting it for the first time.

Fantastic! So easy, no stress, the modules are easy and are at your own pace. The skills portion is easy too and only took me about 30 min for my BLS and ACLS. Won’t go anyone else. They immediately emailed me my cards and even texted them to me. I never write reviews but this is the most painless it has been to renew my certs. Thank you for this little company for making it painless and simple to get it done :).

Very convenient location, easy to access. The facility has great communication and gives great instructions on how to access and prep for the test. The room itself was very clean and setup with everything needed. Will definitely use them again when I have to renew my certifications.

Online course was a little tedious, but overall a great learning experience. The skills portion was very accommodating to my schedule, which as a night shifter I love. It was easy to access the building, room, and mannequins. The overall process was great and I will definitely be back For my renewal in two years!

Not a great experience. In my opinion, this type of training should have a human involved. The audio computer prompts were confusing and I had to repeat skills up to 8 times.

This is the easiest way to renew your provider BLS/CPR training and certification. Online scheduling and dates and time slots readily available. The online training is efficient and thorough. The skills test is very convenient and can be completed in less than 1/2 hour, (18 minutes if you are really proficient). The online applications for the written and skills testing are designed to make you pass the tests.
Definitely will use again.

Very convenient way to get ACLS certified/recertified!

It was a great experience!!! I'm not going back to class driven courses. Reading the material at your pace actually sticks more than regular class.

Loved how simple it was. I did my pre-learning at home and did the skills in person the next day. The instructions were very straightforward. Location was good. Office setting was small and intimate so. You go at your own pace and there are no distractions.

Clear directions for accessing the testing site. Process was quick and easy.

I loved loved loved the experience so much! I love that the computer guided me through the entire skills session and gave detailed feedback on what I am doing right or wrong and what to improve on. Honestly, I can say that I learned more and paid more attention than when I did an in-class session because I didn’t have an instructor to “fall back on” with my knowledge gaps.

My feelings about CPR skills testing without an instructor were all over the map. I was excited to try something new and also a nervous that I would struggle with the technology. As it turned out I absolutely loved the experience. It was easy to use, had excellent instructions and it was FUN. I would definitely recommend Heart Start CPR!
