Murray CPR Training Testimonials

It was great I loved how it was easy to access and how there are many times and places to get it done at
This was an easy self guided (do it at your own pace) skill pass off. I loved that I worked on my own time with real time feedback
Great online and skills service to learn CPR. Also a helpful sign on the front door to easily find it, and person to call if you have questions.
Super easy and convenient way to pass off BLS skills after taking the online AHA course. I was able to go on a Saturday afternoon no problem and on pretty short notice. Self guided RQI system is easy to use, especially if you’ve used RQI before. Just read the guidance they send before as far as setting up a login. They had a discount code when signing up so I paid $72. Would definitely use again!
I enjoyed this convenient and helpful BLS training. The online course and instructions for completing the skills training prepared me well to pass.
Great experience! Woukd highly recommend this program to anyone looking to become BLS/CPR certified!
Truly such a wonderful experience! I worked at Intermountain and did RQI for years. My certification expired when I left and I was hesitant to go to an in-person class. The blended style CPR course was perfect for me. The mannequins and equipment at Heart Start were sooo easy to use compared to other RQI locations I’ve be to! It’s nice to have a private room to practice in and lots of times to pick from! Highly recommend and I’m excited to be able to easily recertify every 2 years!
This was by far the fastest and easiest way I’ve ever renewed my CPR/BLS certification. I thought it would be confusing to do the skills check with no instructor but it was so straightforward. The online course took less than an hour and the skills check took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
Phenomenal! Did my renewal here and it was so easy! Great professional communication and location. Clear instructions on what to do and what to expect included with some helpful tips to prepare. The facility was clean and their equipment was up to date in high working order. Seriously such a great experience and will be recommending them to all I know. Thanks!!
I've been getting recertification of acls/pals/bls here since 2017, and I love the instructors here! There are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive every class. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
The renewal process was simple, you can do anything at your own time with the flexibility of scheduling . As a busy student this was amazing. Not to mention how nice and informative Abby was on the phone. She made me feel comfortable and supported. I will definitely be renewing here again!
I did it on a weekend. Lots of parking space. You can arrive early and do a quick practice. It takes only less than 30 minutes if follow the automated voice guide.
fairly easy way to update BLS. make sure you finish the book part and exam before you show for the mannequin test.
Thank you Heart start! I had a great experience getting my BLS certification. It was fun! I especially like the convenience of doing it on my own schedule. And having plenty of locations to choose from for the skills test.
Very quick and easy! I admit i was very nervous because this was my first time doing this alone ever! It was the best decision and definitely will be my choice 2 years from now.
Super easy experience for someone like myself who works night shift and didn’t realize their shirt was up so I got pulled from my truck and was able to get my cpr card same day so I could work that night!!! The location was perfect, Everything was easy!! I would definitely come here again BEST $100 Ever spent on a CPRCERT
Getting my BLS renewed was fast and painless!

They have a small unmanned office where you perform your skills check without the pressure of an audience. The process was simple and the setup convenient. You use a provided door code to get into the office, log on to computer, and follow the directions. There was no anxiety as the directions were clear, the computer and manikins provided immediate feedback, and I was able to repeat things as needed. I got my BLS emailed to me before I made it to the car!

CPR Certification FAQs: Murray, Utah

Yes. Most standard CPR and Heartsaver courses in Murray include comprehensive AED training. Participants learn proper AED operation, pad placement, safety protocols, and receive hands-on practice in accordance with the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

You should bring a valid government-issued photo ID, any employer documentation specifying required course levels, and proof of completed online modules when applicable. Some providers also request pre-registration confirmation or payment receipts to expedite check-in. Providing accurate documentation at arrival prevents delays in starting the skills assessment.

After completing the course, participants receive an official American Heart Association (AHA) eCard that serves as proof of certification. Employers can verify a trainee’s credentials by reviewing the eCard or using the verification options provided by the training center. Keeping a copy of the certification on file also helps maintain accurate employee training records and ensures compliance with workplace requirements.

If your CPR certification expires, you may no longer meet your employer’s certification requirements and could be temporarily unable to perform certain job duties until you renew it. Depending on your employer’s policy and how long your certification has been expired, you may need to complete a full certification course instead of a renewal. Renewing your certification before it expires is the best way to stay compliant and avoid interruptions at work.

Yes. CPR training centers follow standard cleaning and infection-control procedures during hands-on skills sessions. Training equipment and manikins are sanitized between participants, hand hygiene supplies are available, and centers follow current health and safety recommendations. If you have specific concerns, you can contact the training center before your class to learn more about its safety protocols.

Yes. American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certifications are widely accepted across the United States and recognized by many employers internationally. However, some organizations or licensing boards may have additional requirements or require a specific AHA course. Before starting a new job, it’s always a good idea to confirm the certification requirements with your employer and keep your AHA eCard available for verification.
