Student Experiences at Our Everett, WA CPR Classes

This was a convenient way to get my CPR certification! I have done many in person classes and I felt this was just as effective if not more to do the work on my time online and get good feedback from the hands on portion.
If you are not fond of large classes, this option provides a more personalized learning experience. The training offers a smooth, hassle‑free booking experience.
Clean, clear instructions, was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks for making this such an easy process!
Extremely easy process to sign up to. Online knowledge portion was simple easy to follow. The skills portion was fabulous. The detailed instructions and reminders emails were much appreciated. As a busy nurse and mom, I loved that I could come in and get this done quickly. Thank you!
Literally the least stressful ACLS recertification I've ever done. Directions were clear every step of the way, facility was very clean. I will absolutely renew there in 2 years!
Just completed my skill test.Still amazed how the skill test was so straightforward .It you are not sure of what you are doing there is helpful demo videos before you perform the skills..directions given on YouTube is exact and was helpful Highly recommend doing your CPR here
Could not recommend Heart Start CPR enough! The online modules were very thorough and adapted to my current knowledge and the in-person skills mannequin gave me confidence in my proficiency. Thank you Heart Start!
Great and efficient
10/10! Very nice, easy to get to, lots of parking, building and suite very clean. Owners very nice! I hadn't finished an online portion that needed to be done before the skills, and the owner emailed me to make sure I knew, which I appreciated. They email the card right away
The process was smooth and easy. The class was clean and ready to go. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get cpr certified.
What an excellent experience!I highly recommend family-owned small business company! They guide you through the process. They send lots of resources for us to review. Well-organized, they even send you a video of the building and where to go,etc! Thank you so much!
Good way to get your ACLS cert, online portion is easy to navigate, skills portion via manikin was quick and easy to complete. They communicate everything well via email and day of send out texts to help you navigate the manikin assisted skills portion. Thanks again!
Wonderful experience. Unlike your typical “class” with an instructor and a room full of people that you have to sit through. Very well guided, instructions very clear, feedback in real time. I have taken many of these classes, and this was by far the smoothest process I have gone through.
Very clear instructions
I actually had a great time!
Easy assessment, very straight forward. Google made it a little difficult to find but just go inside and its upstairs.
I really enjoyed using this program! As a busy student, it’s hard to find time to gain extra certifications. This made it super easy.
Very clear instructions and efficient! Video instructions ahead of time were also very helpful for finding the place and knowing the process. Highly recommend
Great communication, did BLS online and did the skills portion with ease at the lab. I liked that I was able to do it all on my own, at my convenience, and still had someone available over the phone if needed. However, the instructions were very clear and detailed, so I didn't have to call anyone. Highly recommend!
It was such a wonderful experience, it is easy to follow the video and instructions.
I appreciated how smooth the process was and the instructions were very clear. It was also nice to have a thorough review. Would definitely use them again!
Cool way to learn BLS. The computer feedback was very helpful and it is a course that adapts to what you already know so it saves a lot of time. Worth the money because it is so streamlined but informative.
Great customer service, clean and inviting environment, easy to follow instructions!
Very convenient and for a nurse working night shift, this helped me a lot. The modules can be extensive but doable and learned a lot. The representative was nice and helped and guided me with understanding how the skills works since it’s my first time. Highly recommend.
Signing up was very simple. I appreciate Heart Start sending out various reminder emails and tips sheets to ensure your success. They are super responsive, even those my class was not instructor lead. I would definitely recommend. It's very convenient with nice equipment.
