Reviews from Seattle CPR Course Participants

Simple clean and easy.
I had the best experience. Great customer service! Clear instructions and explanations.
My best experience in getting BLS/CPR certified! I chose the hybrid learning option, where the coursework is online from home, and the skills check is in-person with the two mannequins. Very smooth process and the computer onsite helps guide you. Highly recommend!

Very easy and convenient way to refresh my skills, I learned a lot.
Easy to sign up and complete online tasks before coming for in person skills. Friendly reminders via call to complete online work; in person skills without instructor but very easy to follow. Easy to find skills location. Would recommend!
Straightforward, efficient, great learning!
Very convenient and efficient way to renew certifications! Everyone involved was very helpful, professional, and friendly!
I had a great experience! The online training plus the online mannequin prep videos helped me prep for the hands on portion. The instrumented mannequins were SO helpful. I received better feedback from the mannequin than I have in all the times I've trained with someone watching me on a mannequin.

The building was easy to find, the setup was great. My only complaint was the heavily-fragranced wipes used on the mannequins -- the whole room smelled of chemical fragrance.

Overall, thanks for an excellent experience!
This was the best certification I have ever had! Thank you for making the process so convenient!
This was by far one of the best BLS/ACLS recertification experiences ever. HeartStart CPR is very well organized. They make the whole process smooth and share helpful tips along the way. I will definitely use HeartStart CPR for my future needs. Highly recommend!
Actually after taking BLS every 2 years for the last 24 years…and being a month over for a renewal and needing an initial class it was really terrific. I took the on-line and the q and A and basics were succinct and useful and then the practical side with just a manikin which admittedly I was suspicious of, was awesome. It was quick with good feedback from the manikins. And there’s nothing like being in an odd room with manikins and no one else telling them “come on you can make it!” Ok maybe I embellished the end a bit😉… really great though and would recommend!
they make everything seamless and everything is clean and prepared for your arrival. The process was very quick. I recommend that you watch every demo video prior to attempting the skill. Remain calm and be prepared that you may have to take a second attempt at a skill once you get comfortable with the task, the equipment, and the operation. The skill moves fast so you must be able to quickly make adjustments to your speed, depth, etc based of the guidance the program communicates to you during your assessment. I'm very pleased with my total experience.
It was a little confusing. I did the web portion at home then had to redo it in the office instead of just doing the physical part of the recertification.
I had a great experience taking these ACLS/BLS classes. I highly recommend this company.
I would definitely use Heart Start again. Coursework was easy to navigate. Their helpful hints were a plus. The Castro Valley, CA location was a bit difficult to locate; look for a building, not a strip mall. The driveway is very narrow and easy to miss. I would still use them again. The dual learning method is more convenient than being all classroom.

Great company, super convenient and I felt confident in my knowledge. They WILL work with you to make sure you understand. Just trust me, use this company for your ACLS
This program is wonderful for those in healthcare that have a tight schedule!
Heart Start CPR is the very best place to renew ACLS and BLS.
The instructor was so kind, patient and helpful. It is a non-stress environment, which is not always the case.
I would highly recommend this company over any without hesitation!
CPR made easy. The entire process was clear, concise and easy to schedule on short notice. Highly recommend!
I was super-impressed with how seamlessly this worked. I was able to register the night before, do the e-learning through AHA the morning of, and finish the test before 1pm the next day.
The laptop and mannikin's worked better than any I have used before. It was also much more cost effective than most other options that had this kind of scheduling flexibility.
I would definitely use this company again.
Great place for all of your AHA classes. Professional and timely.
Quick and convenient way to get renewal!
