Easy to do. I kind of like in-person classes more but I am older so maybe that is just me.

The on-line BLS and ACLS modules are thorough yet easy to follow. You can do them in your own time frame. The computer/manikin skills lab also great. Schedule a time that works for you, follow the prompts, and you're done

This was the best CPR/PALS course I have EVER taken!!. No stress, no judgements no worries. I love the video guidance as you are doing I ng compressions with feedback. Who's idea was this!! AMAZING!. You even get as much practice as you need. As a travel nurse it is hard to find classes for renewal and such, but this is a FANTASTIC OPTION. I only wish this was implemented nationwide. GREAT JOB GUYS WITH THI PROGRAM. I gotta let everyone know about this one...

It was nice to be able to work through the course learning material from home, and at my own pace.

This was also my first time performing the skills test with a virtual instructor. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about it.

Maybe I'm an outlier in that regard? I'm just used to taking the class in person, with other students, and a real life instructor.

But, I actually turned out to love the experience. It was so easy. I'll probably always choose to do it virtually from now on.

I will return when I renew and I will recommend their services to others in the meantime.

The process was so easy. The mannequins were very high quality and functioned so much better than any I have experienced through RQI.

Awesome course! I took BLS and ACLS back to back. Very easy to schedule, they sent me tons of detailed instructions and were very prompt and made sure to cover any possible Questions/issue I could have. As a doctor, I have to do a lot of these courses, and this was by far the Most hassle free one. Close my e-cards Were sent to me before I even left the building! Thanks guys! 🙂

If you are expecting a true instructor led acls/pals course with real time feedback, this is not the place for you. You pay a hefty price for 20 min practice cpr on mannequins in a small room without an instructor who's actually there. But if you want in and out this is for you. Great business model though.

The skill session was fun and gave me an actual feel for how these skills are being administered.

I was doing both the chest compression and ventilation portion but kept failing for an hour. Once I was on my fifth try, the staff called me and gave me tips on how to improve. After that call I finally passed haha! I appreciated that they called me because I would've been there forever!

So easy in all aspects. Easy to find, easy directions, east process!

My only takeaway is that the room had no air circulation. The air in that room is really stagnant. The room temperature definitely made me lethargic and fatigued surprisingly fast while doing the exercises during my session which I’m certain decreased my performance. I had to open the windows. I was sweating like an NFL player. 😅 I did make sure to sanitize thoroughly with everything I touched. 😁

The service was exceptional. I received a text message with videos on the day of what to expect during the session. I was also able to watch RQI videos on YouTube beforehand. I called for support trying to find the location and received almost instant communication. Services couldn’t be better.

I highly recommend this place. I was able to obtain my BLS certification online at my own pace for the knowledge part and for the in-person session, the test is really easy but a bit harder if you never done it before or haven’t done it in a really long time. Everybody’s experience will vary but you will for sure pass without a doubt. The chest compressions for the adult is where I struggled the most. You have to find that perfect balance with pressure and speed.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Clean environment, professional service, and easy to follow instructions. Please get a fan or some type of cooling system in there as the temperatures start to climb. 😉

Experience was thorough, but also quick and easy! Everything is well maintained and clean. I will absolutely be back for my renewal here. Super sweet to provide complementary keychain breathing barriers too!!

Pretty easy straight forward

Such a user-friendly program. I loved the online training that I could do at my own pace, which included videos and text also allowed me to print off anything that I wanted to reference later. I got plenty of communication about how to complete the skills test. The YouTube videos are super helpful and when you go to do the skills test, it’s a nice clean quiet environment and the program is supportive and really wants you to succeed. You can do practice and it gives immediate feedback. Highly recommend!

Easy, with clear directions! They give you a pressure free environment to make sure you get the hands on you need for CPR.

I was skeptical that all of the skills training could be done in a completely automated fashion, but it couldn’t have been easier. The instructions on how to access the facility were very clear, the equipment was top-notch and it didn’t take too long. Highly recommend.
