The support team by phone was extremely helpful. During the written test and skills lab, I was presented with many techniques that can be used to improve my BLS skills. The class definitely helped me focus on ways to make me more effective as part of the CPR process aimed to help others.

Super easy to get BLS certified, I did the online portion and then signed up for the individual skills test. The whole process was very detailed they sent videos on exactly how the computer testing for BLS will go, how to ensure you will pass when an instructor isn’t there to help you physically. The computer system would’ve been very challenging for me if I hadn’t watched the videos provided prior to my test, so it’s recommended to do that so it’s not confusing. Entrance to the building was super easy there was a video to follow exactly what to do. They were easy to contact via email, and I got my bls card less than an hour after my test. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers!!

Excellent learning platform. The skills portion is clear and easy to use. After 20 years of taking ACLS and BLS in a classroom environment I will instead use this program moving forward hands-down. HeartStart CPR is the best!

I have completed my BLS,CPR, and ACLS course with Heart Start CPR. I enjoyed completing the course at my pace and without the pressure of an audience. The skills room is kept very tidy and the VAM is functioning optimally. I must mention that their support team is fantastic and is readily available to assist.I feel blessed that such services are offered here in Lynnwood. I wish for this services to continually be available through the empowerment of Jeff and his amazing team.

This was literally the best BLS class I have ever taken! Instead of having to sit through boring videos in a classroom for hours I was able to to the class portion at home and picked my learning level so I was able to breeze through knowledge I already knew as a paramedic. I loved the hands on portion as instead of having to sit in a classroom and take turns with everyone I was able to do the skills in one go, instead of taking 2 hours to get through skills it took me 20 minutes!
Definitely recommend them for all your BLS, ACLS, and PALS needs. I will be scheduling my ACLS renewal with them in the coming month!

Easy instructions to follow through in computer. Very clean environment. Mannequins work great.

Online was excellent. Facility was easy to excess, comfortable, low traffic. The manikins had poor sensing and I needed to repeat several times. Practice on their equipment before testing for less frustration.
