I was initially hesitant to use the Voice-Assisted Manikin (VAM) for the skills portion but it's always good to try new tech. The experience was awesome. The VAM provides real-time feedback on your performance, and probably a finer accuracy compared to an instructor observing and giving feedback. The process for booking with CPR VAM was easy. I booked on the weekend. Only few steps: 1) make a profile online before arriving. 2) an email provides the codes for entering the building and office. 3) log-in and start the exam 4) receive your ecard via email shortly after. Great experience and this tech is definitely the way to refine your skills and build more confidence. I highly recommend booking with CPR VAM, so give it a try!

The directions and process was easy to follow although I had difficulty with the two person cpr. For some reason my hand position I had for the 60 was now not good enough. I was given directions and adjusted my position , I was then able to pass. I believe I was coming in on an angle And it was more the downward pressure I needed . Child cpr was easily completed Still all completed in 30 min. I like this much better than in a class!

Easy and painless! Easy access in a great location for the Livermore testing site and skills are smooth as long as you follow directions and do good CPR

I admit that I was intimidated knowing that it was going to be just me, a computer, and manikins in the room. I'll only ever be doing it this way in the future now. I really appreciate the heads-up email about an hour prior providing common mistakes and videos to review beforehand. I took my time while in the room and taking advantage of every practice opportunity it provided prior to the assessment. Took me no longer than 15 minutes. Incredibly easy to use, helpful feedback, and helps me feel more confident. This process makes you feel like it's the absolute best and efficient use of your time. Great company. Thanks for providing this service! I'll be back in 2 years.

Online modules easy to navigate and educational . Skills portion was very nice to be able to streamline and be independent!

The online portion of the course involved videos and short quizzes that were easy to follow and fast to get through. The classroom portion was also fast! The virtual instructor provided valuable and timely performance feedback. Will definitely be returning for BLS renewal.

Done online study in about 4-5 hours; simple, easy and reviewed what is most important! Stress free skills in about half an hour. Ecard sent to me right there! Best experience in my 20 years for flow and stress free...worth the money.

Such great online instructions- thankful for all these follow up emails and texts they really have it planned out for you. Great and easy set-up, nothing complicated technology wise- not busy you can do what you need to do in less than 30 min and be done- even got here earlier just in case and there was no wait. The test itself was so helpful with feedback- which I was skeptical about without an in person instructor- but if anything it was more comfortable to an anxious person like me. If you’re nervous for your Skills test, don’t be. It walks you through the correct procedures :) I came on a weekday morning- I don’t know if other days are busier- My only complaint is that the Skills test by itself is another 80 bucks on top of your online portion- this might be normal I’m not sure- I’m a student so it just feels like all my money goes to all these programs !! -broke college student

All of the videos on the website helped me feel confident going into the test, and I appreciated the video instructions on how to find the room where the skills check takes place. Overall, the entire experience was amazing, I would recommend this to anyone needing their BLS certification!

I had such a great experience with CPRVAM! Everything went really well, and the whole place was super clean, organized, and put together. I was honestly really impressed with how advanced the system was. It gave me feedback on my compressions, rate, depth, and breaths, which was really helpful and made it so much easier to know what I was doing right and what I needed to improve on. I also really liked being able to do everything myself through the self-guided system. The technology made the whole experience so cool and honestly way less stressful than I expected. Being able to go at my own pace while still getting real-time feedback was amazing! They also provided complimentary pins and breath/compression cover masks, which I thought was such a nice extra! Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend CPRVAM to anyone needing to get their CPR certification done!
