Online course was a little tedious, but overall a great learning experience. The skills portion was very accommodating to my schedule, which as a night shifter I love. It was easy to access the building, room, and mannequins. The overall process was great and I will definitely be back For my renewal in two years!

Not a great experience. In my opinion, this type of training should have a human involved. The audio computer prompts were confusing and I had to repeat skills up to 8 times.

This is the easiest way to renew your provider BLS/CPR training and certification. Online scheduling and dates and time slots readily available. The online training is efficient and thorough. The skills test is very convenient and can be completed in less than 1/2 hour, (18 minutes if you are really proficient). The online applications for the written and skills testing are designed to make you pass the tests.
Definitely will use again.

Loved how simple it was. I did my pre-learning at home and did the skills in person the next day. The instructions were very straightforward. Location was good. Office setting was small and intimate so. You go at your own pace and there are no distractions.

I loved loved loved the experience so much! I love that the computer guided me through the entire skills session and gave detailed feedback on what I am doing right or wrong and what to improve on. Honestly, I can say that I learned more and paid more attention than when I did an in-class session because I didn’t have an instructor to “fall back on” with my knowledge gaps.

My feelings about CPR skills testing without an instructor were all over the map. I was excited to try something new and also a nervous that I would struggle with the technology.
