Real Student Feedback on CPR Training in Mill Street Corridor

I completed my BLS/CPR skills check here, and it was an amazing experience! This was probably the best CPR experience I’ve had, especially in terms of the feedback I received during the skills check.

I was a little nervous about the check-in process since there isn’t in-person assistance, but it ended up being incredibly easy, and I’m not very tech savvy. The whole process was straightforward and went very smoothly.

I would absolutely do my CPR certification here again. Just make sure you complete the online portion beforehand and upload your certificate before coming in. Definitely worth the price and a great learning experience!
Well organized; program efficient and thorough in leading me through the certification process.
Easy to use and convenient.
This is perfect for what I needed, loved the ability to go anytime and not have pressure from an instructor. The guided machine was easy to use. Thank you!
Very smooth and nice
I was very nervous without a teacher but it was very enlightening
Great experience! I was nervous about the skills test not having a live instructor present, however, I must say the feedback given by the computer assisted skills test was the best I’ve received in over 3 decades of CPR training. Also, a live person was immediately available by phone which I did utilize when I had a question about unlocking the exam room. Will use this service again in two years when it’s time to renew!
The instructions were real clear on the email and it was easy to pass by following the instructions 10/10
Super easy to get done and I feel much better prepared to give CPR if necessary!
This course was fantastic, the way they curate the online class portion to your current/comfortable skill level is incredible, and the amount of time slots available for the skills portion so I could fit this into my busy schedule was a massive help. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Scheduling staff was great super flexible and understanding, the skills portion was quick but I didnt feel rushed at all. You're able to reattempt sections as many times as needed or wanted and still finished in 30 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back to recertify!!
Easy, fast, efficient! Would do this for every renewal!
Very convenient, easy-to-follow instructions without the pressure of performance in front of a group/instructor environment. I like the format and ability to see actual performance results. VAM is definitely my preferred method for obtaining my certification. Also, the online course is an at-your-own pace, so learning objectives are far more tailored to individual knowledge, ability and learning skills. After years of in-person, zoom only (covid days), and a mixed online/hands-on, this is absolutely my preferred method for BLS, ACLS and PALS training. I highly recommend this course for beginners to advanced providers!
The simplest and best way I’ve done ACLS. I’ll absolutely be continuing to use Heart Start CPR. All of the resources needed to learn, get up to date, practice skills, and do so on a busy schedule are easily and readily available. Highly recommend!!
The modules are easy to navigate and very comprehensive in their content. I really like that I can work on the material at my own pace and make sure that I understand the information without being overwhelmed. The skills room is clean and easy to use.
Simple, easy, and very time friendly.
This was a great way to refresh my previous trainings. We had a lot of time to practice using the CPR dummies and to use the AED. I also really appreciated having the dummies with the lights that indicate if you are pushing hard enough and frequently enough during CPR compressions. Mark was a very knowledgable and patient instructor. Thanks!
I took my training at my school where I work. The teacher was very knowledgeable and hands on. It was great to do the hands on after taking the online course. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend this course to everyone with any/no CPR experience. This is not your traditional CPR BLS course! It is self-paced and presents information based on your knowledge. This means it can save you time! The online course was so easy to use and follow along with. Once the basics and information were covered, they have an onsite location to perform the skills. The computer and mannequins were interactive; giving you feedback on your performance and how to improve to provide high quality CPR. So happy that I found this course to renew my certification. Use this as your next class, you won’t be disappointed!
Very clean, easy access into building, detailed instructions provided in email. Very accessible in case learner has any questions or problems during the skills assessment. VERY convenient option for those with busy schedules or procrastinated to recertify. Would absolutely come back again.
Been going to HeartStart CPR for over a decade now, they are the best! The new online + skills option is easy to schedule, super convenient, and a boon to working health care providers who need to renew certs quickly and efficiently. Although I do miss being in classes taught by the firefighters they were the best in the area.. Regardless I am HeartStart CPR fan for life, will never use any other company!
I’ve been going to Heart Start CPR for over 10 years to do my ACLS & BLS renewal and they have provided the best classes for working healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab/Electrophysiology Technologist, I apply what I learn from Heart Start CPR frequently with all of the sick cardiac patients we deal with and will continue to use them for my certifications as well as recommend them to my colleagues.
This is the most efficient and convenient way to get ACLS or PALS certified or re-certified. I was able to sign up for class, take the online portion, and complete the skills section within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy. The room and mannequins for the hands-on portion was clean and easy to understand. I highly recommend!
This was so efficient
Amazing program. Easy, simple, to the point! As an experienced RN this was the best way to renew my BLS.
