This was my first time in a setting like this. It was way easier than I thought. The simulation was great. It let you know when and if you didn’t have enough force, too much force, how much ventilation was too much or too little. It lets you practice first which is nice so you make sure you placed your hands correctly. If you don’t pass a part, you redo it. The online portion is great too. You learn at your pace and if you get a question wrong, it comes up again to give you another chance. Great experience.

This place is great. I was able to renew my ACLS in 1 day. It was convenient for me because I work nights and I was able to go after work and do the skills. It was fast and very organized. Thank you for what you do, making it easier for us, medical staff to renew our certifications. I really appreciate your company. God bless. 🙏

I had a great experience with this CPR class! The online coursework was detailed, easy to follow, and allowed me to learn at my own pace. The hands-on skills portion was awesome and really helped put everything into practice. This is a great way to complete a CPR class while still getting valuable hands-on experience. Highly recommend!

The material presented to be done prior to skills check-on was excellent. Easy to follow, informative explanations to process steps, and allowed to move through at your own pace. And the skills check off was superb. It allows you to move through each station without waiting on others (like other ACLS classes), therefore time was used more efficiently. Thank you.

The course was extremely well organized and easy to follow. Being an RN for the last 7 years I have had to get and renew quite a few licenses and this has to be the most well organized one I’ve done. It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Lake Havasu.

First time, so wasn’t sure what to expect but was very very pleased with my experience. Plenty of helpful instructions and videos sent ahead of time. Unlimited attempts in 30 min and even an option to practice each technique prior to starting. perfect for anybody who doesn’t have time to sit for the 4 hour class (or even prefer to try this alone like myself, instead of in front of a bunch of people lol!). Simply complete the online portion on the AHA SITE and schedule for skills only in your area. Cost for both combined very reasonable compared to in person class and YES absolutely AHA accredited! AHA E-card was sent in less than 10 min of me passing my skills!! Thank you HEART START CPR and fyi the VAM was very professional 🤪.

The BLS was great. Learned a lot and the demo in manikin was awesome. Thanks for info and advices before my demo. :)
Yes, I loved it. From one CPR instructor to another, this is a great set up! I will be back for my renewals ☺️

The whole process was nice and easy! They give you clear instructions from start to finish. The communication, reminders, and tips were helpful. If you're looking to renew you should do it here!
As a traveling nurse doing the hybrid ACLS was perfect for me. The VMAC/hands on with the dummy portion was a breeze for me took me 10 mins. The online portion is time consuming but everything you need to know. No extra unnecessary info. Will be using them for now on for all renewals.

This is the only way I'll renew my BLS/ACLS in the future. Everything was quick and easy! Communication was excellent, and even though there is no instructor physically present, they are readily available by phone. Highly recommend.

I needed both my ACLS &BLS. I called them that morning, got it set up and was done by 11:00 am (I had already done the AHA online portions). I now have my AHA recert for the next two years. It is all automated, but that being said it was very smooth and straight forward with clear instructions. I will use them again in 2 years

I'm so happy I chose Heart Start CPR for my BLS recertification! The online modules were thorough and easy to follow (and quick if you are already familiar with/confident in the material). The in-person skills testing took about 20 minutes start to finish, it was comprehensive, and I felt well prepared. I highly recommend using them for BLS recertification!
