I am a pediatric critical care physician and I needed to renew my PALS certification. The online module has been updated to include the 2025 AHA recommendations. The skills session was efficient and actually helpful. You have to adjust the mask on both the adult and infant mannequin in order to effectively bag/mask ventilate, just like in real life. I will renew with them again.

Very easy to use. The videos provided both with the skill assessment and on the emails prior greatly improved my abilities and helped make me feel confident as I performed. The feedback during the assessment was very helpful, even though I sometimes had to look at the screen to figure out how to improve real-time. I especially liked that I could retake the assessment, even if I already passed. This helped me get better each time, and improve my scores even more. It was a great confidence boost.

Convenient, although pricey, way to renew your CPR certification at any time. The online course can take a while to complete but the skills part went very fast. They do send you a lot of emails during the whole process.

It was super easy to do! Did the theory part within an hour online and the skills part the next day. At first, it was weird that there was no person, but afte a bit, it was actually kind of cool. Got through the skills session within 20 minutes. Would totally do it again!

I’m glad I found this place, with being so busy with work and the kids I needed something that worked with my schedule. The coursework is online and skills at a testing facility. I failed the first adult skill compression test but I was allowed to test again until I passed.

I loved how easy it was to access this facility and do my in-person BLS training on my own. You are in a room by yourself with a manikin and a computer walking you through how to perform each task. I appreciated the ability to keep trying/retrying until I passed or felt 100% comfortable with my skills. Love the ease of getting to do the blended CPR class! There isn't an actual person there to help you, but they get notifications on the program if you are struggling with the voice assisted mannequin and give you a call/ text on how to improve. Will be going to this business again when our CPR cert. expires. Thank you!! 🙂
