Our Jefferson station sits inside Plaza 29 at 2909 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401, right at the intersection of 29th Street and Washington Boulevard. Enter through the building’s main front entrance and head to the second floor, where you’ll find Suite 214 among the row of suites numbered 209–215.

Yes, Plaza 29 offers on-site parking for visitors, so you won’t need to search for street parking before your appointment. Arrive a few minutes early to park and locate the entrance, especially if this is your first visit to the building.

The Jefferson station uses a self-guided format. Once you reach Suite 214, you’ll log in to the computer station yourself and work through the skills assessment on the Voice-Assisted Manikin at your own pace.

The site is conveniently situated right at the corner of 29th Street and Washington Boulevard. It is easily reached via Interstate 15 (I-15) or Interstate 84 (I-84) by taking the appropriate Ogden exits toward Washington Boulevard, as well as via local routes heading straight down the downtown business corridor.

Official American Heart Association (AHA) digital eCards are processed and issued the exact same day you successfully finish your hands-on session at the Washington Blvd station.

The Jefferson station supports skills verification for BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver CPR AED, and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, all using the same Voice-Assisted Manikin setup in Suite 214.
