I was skeptical at first because I have only ever done the traditional four hour class with an instructor but this was an amazing and convenient experience! I was able to get my AHA BLS certification renewed and only had to spend ~20 minutes doing the skills portion after completing the online modules. Everything was explained clearly and the online modules allowed me to go over topics I already knew briefly while going more in-depth on topics I had forgotten. The tips and tricks video guides they sent were also very helpful for showing me what to expect and how to pass the skills portion properly.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had completing my BLS certification. I enjoyed not being in a huge group of people and being nervous with an instructor breathing down my neck. I love the opportunities to practice and the amount of time I get to complete the hands on portion. I received my grade instantly and my email with my copies within the hour after completion. I’ll definitely be recommending this to my friends I currently go to school with. Easy scheduling, price was worth it.

I've taken many CPR classes over the years with different companies, and this class is by far the best! I'll be renewing my BLS certificate with them from now on. The hands-on experience was clear and very efficient and I appreciated all the tips and great communication.

I was able to book both the online training and the in‑person skills evaluation on the same day, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. Everything ran smoothly, and the facility was exceptionally clean and well‑organized. The training was easier than I expected—very interactive, confidence‑building, and clearly designed to help learners truly understand CPR and pass with ease. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to renew.

Great overall experience and very convenient place to get re-certified. I had to renew my BLS for work, school and I had limited options looking for classes to take. There isn't a lot of places that is offering BLS renewals/classes that were less than 3 hours of class time and was nearby where I lived. I work and go to school so my time is limited. The online portion is fairly quick and can be done anytime before the actual skill portion of the test. When I went for my skill portion of the certification-it only took less than an hour, maybe 30 minutes to get it done. The tips and advice were very helpful from the manikin/instructor. Definitely will be recommending it to my coworkers and schoolmates who need to renew their credentials! Thank you!
I completed PALS here. Directions were clear. Platform for online education and skills was easy to navigate. I had to call them and they easily helped me troubleshoot the manikin.

Great option for AHA ACLS, BLS, or PALS that needs to be done quickly and without the pressure of a full class. Combination of interactive computer modules done at your own pace and time and including running your mega-code scenarios, and then a brief stop by the center to test your compression and rescue breathing skills on manikins in 1 and 2 person scenarios while receiving immediate feedback from the computer system (on depth, rate, etc). There is never an instructor or in person interaction, but the directions are clear and easy to follow. Having taken BLS and ACLS multiple times previously, this was a perfect option - I spent one day on each computer modules and then in person testing only took ~20 minutes for both.
Amazing experience! Was able to get recertification with PALS in less than 24 hours. Online materials were accessible right away on my phone and computer. The in person skills was so easy to access and the instructions were perfect. No instructor made the experience quick and done in my own time. Really appreciate Heart CPR and will definitely be using them for future certification

Confusing program. It needs to be more clear about the Online Study/Test before the live CPR portion. I ended up rushing through that part in my car at the testing center... Being late to my actual live appointment. Very stressful, failed many times. Fortunately eventually Passed the course.
