I enjoyed the experience! Without a large class, I could bring my daughter and let her observe these skills.

Excellent learning platform. The skills portion is clear and easy to use. After 20 years of taking ACLS and BLS in a classroom environment I will instead use this program moving forward hands-down. Thank you for providing this opportunity and I look forward to rrecertifing with you for years to come. Awesome work guys!!

Online assistant helped me sort out what courses to buy, emails included written and video explanation on how to find then enter the facility. I've used RQI when I was a staff nurse and it's practically the exact same thing. No mannequin is "easy" to give rescue breaths, but I didn't have any issues. ACLS & BLS skills done in 20 min. 10/10 would reccommend and will definitely return for re-cert!

From the online portion to the skills portion every thing was very well done, I had no trouble accessing my course and was able to complete it all. When I did the skills portion there were demos and videos to show what was expected and when expectations were not met feedback was given to help you improve. I would high recommend going through this business especially if you want quick service/ appointment times.
This was a great experience! I have done training with another local company recently. They didn’t respond to questions and took forever to process paperwork. Heart Start CPR was quick and efficient. I felt comfortable and safe in their facility and instructions were provided multiple times so it was easy to complete my testing. Will definitely use them again!

I took my BLS skills exam and it was great. Stress-free, especially with the guidance videos that they sent beforehand of how to get to the room as well as tips or common mistakes. They also had a couple stickers and pens and stuff on the way out.

Wow. As a former BLS/ACLS instructor this was slick! So impressive with the quality online training and the computer testing was top notch. I love that it actually gave you feedback and made you do the skills to the standard! This will be the only place I renew my BLS/ACLS/PALS in the future.

Took the course to prove I could pass acls, spent a day before studying, that evening register, this was the bear price and best operations for times. The next day In the morning started the course by the afternoon I went and did the practical test. A nice feature of the course was the ability to step away, to cook and eat, check emails and do chores. The location of the practical test is easy to find, i missed the room, but was able find a map that showed the layout. Which has several small rooms most are barber shops and hairdresser salons. Once I find the map it was easy to locate the room, which the door had the logo on it and seeing the CPR dummy through the door and window dead give away. On the door knob input the code that was emailed, simply went up to the computer and logged in using the same one created for course. Doing compression is a little different, you don't have as much resistance as the average CPR dummy or even an actual person, which makes it super easy to go to deep. After a couple trys I noticed there the screen will show you when your deep enough, after you figure out where to look on the screen it's easy to get into rhythm. Ventilation need more air than the average CPR dummy and real person, give more.than you would normally give. After a couple trys it's easy to figure out what the machine wants. Crazy to me think your trying to please a machine to pass. Totally do able for people, as a person who is not nurse or paramedic, I was able to pass with little studying. Someone with with any familiarity to anatomy, physiology, pharmacology. You could easily just watch videos on YouTube and learn how ekg works and how to read them, interpretation rhythms, tons of videos going over acls Bradycardia,. Tachycardia, pulseless, post post resuscitation care , there about 12 drugs to.understand. just remember if paramedic can pass it most other people can if they have basic understanding , you don't have to be to.smart.to be paramedic.
Very easy to access once I figured out it was inside the NW Flex Space (I do think it would be helpful to mention that in the email). But the instructions provided allowed me into the building and the room with ease. It was clean and well lit, it even provided a stool for if you needed additional height for leverage. The step by step checklist was simple and clear. Once I was finished I was able to log out and clean up the space with the provided cleaning supplies. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone with a busy schedule or who use CPR/BLS skills often, as your proficiency will decide how quickly you can complete it. As a night shift RN who just got married last weekend and forgot to schedule the class in July BEFORE the wedding, you guys were a real lifesaver, so thank you for providing this option!!

It was great to take care of this requirement so close to home and quickly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the room be cooler. It was hot. Also, there was nothing left in the bins on the table to take.
