Success Stories From CPR Students in Ogden

The ACLS online course was thorough and convenient, and I appreciated the ease of the skills training. It was nice to have a practice mode before testing. I also appreciated the videos that prepared me for the skills training. This is a great resource!
Readily available, clear expectations, clean, quiet facility. Made re-certifying a breeze!
This is a very convenient way to complete life support training. The didactic portion is user friendly and can be completed at your own pace. The skills lab that I attended is conveniently located, clean, and well maintained.
For reference, I am an experienced anesthesia provider. For those wondering, I was able to complete the skills for BLS, ACLS, and PALS collectively in under 30 min.
It would be nice if there was a package discount for doing multiple certifications. This is the first course I’ve used that didn’t offer that.
But overall, this is a course that I would recommend.
Very efficient, following the computer prompts is very helpful. Watch the resources video, very helpful in completing on your first try.
Great online training and super convenient skills accessibility. Great communication and support.
Great experience. The hands on training site is easy to find located in a nice building. The room was clean and it was easy to log in and finish the course. I was done with my course in few minutes .
Amazing experience!
This was great! I now feel more confident giving BLS. Only thing I would change is having the option to schedule two hours instead of one. For first timers like myself, I’d feel better doing skills like 5-10 times. But, I did have time to do skills like 3 times each.
Quick and seamless recertification experience. Would recommend!
The skills check off site is well located (secure, clean) and set up well. The videos sent prior to check-off were VERY helpful.

The receipt of the e-card was a bit confusing, but this is more of an AHA system flaw.

Overall, I would highly recommend this service as it provides a local, easily accessible and customer friendly way to compete required BLS certification.

Adam S. ARNP, FNP-C
Needed to complete an AHA PALs course in a specific timeline and was able to get it sucessfully and in a timely manner through Heart Start CPR. This was my first time using a Voice Assisted Mannequin (VAM) and it was intuitive and easy. Heart start sent several emails and text messages with tips in order to successfully pass. I would highly recommend this method to any experienced provider.
Very informative. The online took me about 2 hours. I love the in-person and was fast, informative, and very educational. Took this class for nursing school requirement.
ACLS- Made it so fast and efficient,
couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything is explained in detail. From directions to helpful tips. The experience is guided by the computer. It’s awesome.
Thank you for having this available for us.
This was definitely my favorite method of BLS/ACLS renewal. The knowledge test is completed at home so you can take your time or get it all done quickly. The instructions to get to access the skills demo were clear and easy to follow. I reviewed the video tips they sent for a successful demo which was helpful. You are alone in the room so it was very easy to focus on the skill you were performing and you could practice on the manikin before testing. The test itself gives you visual feedback of compression rate & depth as well as BVM volume and rate. Overall this worked really well for my learning style. I would recommend it particularly for people who get distracted by the whole pretending to act out scenarios in front of groups of coworkers or strangers and people who enjoy contactless check in experiences. Help was easily available by phone or text if needed as well.
Easy instructions, convenient location and they provided all the necessary items to complete my certification. Thanks again!
Was able to get certified same day, instructions for the skills portion are very clear, the location was easy to find with clear instructions, would definitely recommend a friend to get their certification here!
