This location offers comprehensive instructions on accessing the facility, study tips, and reminders leading up to your upcoming class. Initially, I had reservations about the absence of a live instructor on-site, but after undergoing my certification here, I’ve come to prefer this type of environment. The process is incredibly streamlined. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return for all my re-certifications!

Great facility, single room so you don't have to worry about hearing another computer. Only downside is parking is hard to find.

Easy and convenient and most importantly- AHA authorized so it counts with your hospital! I did ACLS, PALS, and BLS skills checks in under 45 mins.

I had my certification around 5 years ago so I was worried I would have overlapping information that would confuse me. Overall the course and then videos helped me to remember what I knew and remind me of what I forgot. The testing room was clean and gave enough privacy to be comfortable going over the skill sets. Overall I had an amazing experience. I will definitely come back here to renew my certification!

This was the best CPR training I have ever had. I'm an introvert, so being able to go and do this independently at my own speed without a class was very enjoyable. I really liked how the computer told me how I was doing during the practice rescues, and telling me to take a break was very kind. I also really liked being able to use a ventilator instead of breathing in a mouth. Finally, I want to especially thank whomever stocked paper towels in the training room. I was a sweaty mess, and my compressions kept slipping on the mannequins causing me to not meet the requirements. The paper towels helped me to not only wipe dripping sweat off my face, it helped my hands and fingers to not slip doing CPR; you saved me today. Great class, I will absolutely recommend.

I used this for my BLS recertification. It was very easy and convenient. I'll do it again in 2 years!

This is the first time I’ve used a computer simulation for BLS. It was actually really nice to be able to concentrate without numerous distractions.

I found it quite easy doing the BLS session on my own. The prompts were simple enough to follow and multiple attempts were allowed to complete each exercise successfully.

I was able to book a class and do the skills training within 24hrs. They even reminded me when my certification was going to expire. Highly recommended for anyone that needs something quick and easy.

Quick and easy PALS cert.

I have been using HeartStart for several years now. I have always received great service at a competitive price. However, this year, I noticed a great deal of flexibility to schedule training and a noticeable increase of locations. My chosen location was 8 minutes from my home. The office was easy to find and the setup was exactly how it was described in the confirmation email. I unfortunately was down with the flu and Jeff rescheduled my training on short notice when he didn’t have to. I am so appreciative of the ease and convenience that HeartStart provides and will continue to use them for my future training needs.

Jeffrey was super helpful and answered all my questions. Process was quick and easy. I was able to complete the skills portion with the manikin within 10 minutes. I recommend purchasing courses through their website instead of AHA to save some $$$

I had a great experience w/heart start. It was very straightforward. My advice is to give yourself 2days for an initial PALS or ACLS cert. The course is long and content heavy. The skills check of only took me about 15min. That was the easy part.
The AHA course was amazing. I learned so much honestly. I'd do it again.
