Highly recommend! Needed to renew BLS Provider. Did online portion and RQI skills all independently. Quick and seamless process.
Recently did bls/cpr training for school. Specifically needed a renewal.

Overall good experience with clear instructions. Good communication from the team after signing up. The Online modules were good, identical to previous trainings through school. I was able to access the building suite with no problems for the in person manakin testing
Facility was clean, well kept and equipment worked great. Thank you for providing great videos and documentation. I felt well prepared and confident using this program to complete the skills successfully and efficiently.
They made it convenient for me to schedule a time to complete my ACLS skills check off with a mannequin. Thanks!
This was awesome! So efficient and I loved that it was on my own time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing their BLS certification!
Classes were quick and easy, skills test was pretty simple and quick. Only complaint is the location in Boise. There was a business next door and the people were screaming at each other the whole entire time I was there (you could hear it through the glass door). That was pretty distracting, they might has well have been in the room with you.
Super easy process, was able to sign up, do the online portion, and skills session within 24 hours. Instructions were clear, will definitely renew with them when it’s time.
Great communication and very helpful!
So much easier than sitting through a class trying to pay attention
Super easy!! They make sure you pass!! Will be recommending to others!!
It was quick, easy, and good practice with feedback
I was pretty impressed with how efficient everything was. The communication, site setup, and system all helped everything to run very smoothly!

This was incredibly easy to use, especially for my renewal. The instructions were very simple to follow and the feedback was immediate. I have my PALS next, so I will definitely be back. Awesome, simply awesome!!!
I like that there’s plenty of time and space for just one person to focus on their skills! The program used was helpful and I felt more confident after receiving feedback from it. There are Lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, and a bathroom provided along with complimentary pens and mask barriers. It was a pretty cool experience to have when renewing my AHA BLS cert!
Simple and easy to understand. Smooth and efficient process. Thank you!
I’ve been a customer for a few years now & it’s alway a Great experience. Highly recommend
Super efficient! highly recommend! Had to renew my PALS and BLS for work and missed the opportunities available at my work. Found this, did the online portions over a few hours- it was super user friendly to do on my phone while handling daily things. The in-person testing portion took less than an hour! Directions and use of the mannequin was easy to follow.
Quick and easy. Best CPR class I've ever done
Great experience! Online portion was easy and thorough and the skills portion great! I have never used the mannequins hooked up to a computer before, so it was pretty cool to be able to see everything on the computer.
Very easy experience
