The online learning was great and self-paced so you could finish and start as needed. It doesn't need to be completed in one session which was helpful. The skills assessment with the mannikin was interesting but private and it was helpful having someone monitor and help when needed. It was challenging using the airbags. I never used them before, they take some practice to use, even though they looked easy to use. Overall a good experience and recommended training for anyone. High schools should provide this training as a requirement in addition to drivers training. I needed to renew for work purposes but hope I'll never have to use it.

It felt a little weird not having an actual person in the room for the test portion, but the equipment is very user friendly and offers an opportunity to practice before you test. It took me about 15 minutes from start to finish. Very good experience and much better than doing an in person class for those of us who are renewing our certification and don’t need the coaching.

The hybrid format made it so convenient because I was able to complete the online portion at my own pace and then come in for the hands-on skills session. The class was efficient, well organized, and I received my certification card immediately after completing the course.

After having a disappointing experience at another training center in town, I was so relieved to find this place. The format was still professional, easy to follow and welcoming, and made the entire process stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.

With four office locations and team members spread out, it can be challenging to coordinate CPR renewals. This program was the perfect solution. Everyone was able to complete the online portion at their own pace, then finish the in-office skills check whenever it fit our schedule, even between locations.

Jeff was fantastic to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this program, especially for medical and dental offices. Trying to close the office early, cut back on patient hours, or ask your team to stay late for CPR training is never ideal. This was, without a doubt, the easiest and most efficient CPR renewal we've ever done and it's the only way we'll be renewing our certifications going forward!

No issues. Used for BLS in-person skill assessment. Completed on-line course the night before and then scheduled the in-person assessment for the following morning. Received text message and email instructions which were clear. Watched the recommended videos. Did not have any issues when I entered the building.
