This was a great course and it was super easy to follow along with great videos. I like that I got to go in and do the skills portion on my own time in a room by myself. I felt 100% prepared and I really liked the feedback on the computer to see your progress during the skills test. Definitely recommend!!

Super easy to complete. It took you from the classroom with the ability of being able to take the online portion at home. The skills check was just one on one you and a computer and a mannequin. I will definitely be recertifying with them in two years.

This program is fantastic! As a busy mom of two little ones, I have very little uninterrupted time. I was able to finish the written portion at home, starting and stopping as needed, and then went in to complete the skills section. I was initially nervous about not having an in-house instructor, but the mannequin provides prompts that make everything super easy and straightforward. I genuinely feel like I learned a lot and retained the information well. The hands on feedback was incredibly helpful and I feel confident in my skills.

Surprised how well the online cognitive section allowed me to pass through the knowledge I already knew. Not to mention, I had my reservations about taking the skills test without an instructor. But let me tell you I’ve never had a better experience, there was less pressure and the computer walk. She detailed through all simulations. I was out of there in 15 minutes.

This was a very good experience. It was nice doing the online course separately. The skills session (the computer) was extremely helpful as it let you know exactly what was needed while performing the chest compressions or the breathing portion. It makes you realize just what it takes to save a life. I highly recommend this course.

Wonderful class and experience! I was worried alot about finding an authentic CPR class for BLS certification. Fortunately, I found HEART START CPR, very good quality class at good price! The Instructor is great and very knowledgable. I am sure will come back to HEART START CPR every time I need my certificate. Highly recommend this class to every one!

I had a great experience! This was my first time doing online modules then going in person for skills for re-certification. I read other reviews and once I realized the suite was located within the plaza, it was easy to find. The equipment was in great condition and it was easy to follow along with the mannequin instructions/feedback. My AHA card came to my email before I even walked out. 10/10

This was a quick and easy way to renew my BLS card for school. I scheduled online the night before, complete my online training within an hour, and did my skills test the morning after. I was immediately able to send myself a copy of my new BLS Card in my email after completing the skills. This was an efficient way to get certified through the AHA. One problem I did have was looking for the building, I was a bit confused about where it was located and I kept circling back around the street to look for some sort of sign that says Heart Start CPR. I think a good idea is if the directions would mention that Heart Start CPR is located in the Plaza Gomez building.
