They are good with rescheduling and responsive I liked that. You get the course for 2 years which is great when you need a refresher. I’m happy with the experience.

Thanks to Heart Start CPR I had a stress free BLS/ACLS recertification process. The online material was concise, informative, and could be completed at your own pace. The skills session was good real life practice and honestly went very smoothly. Only took me like 30 mins to pass both ACLS & BLS skills. The owners/instructors were very communicative over the phone if I had any questions. Will be using them again in 2 years for my next recertification!

Easy to find the location. Very detailed instructions and very informative videos if you’re ever confused or need guidance. I did the skills training in less then 30 minutes and it was super easy to understand. Very clean room and nice goodies to grab when you’re done. Highly recommend and will be using in the future for renewals!

Great program!

I appreciated that I could complete my BLS recertification same-day. The online portion and in-person simulation/testing was enough to refresh my memory of performing BLS. I got enough feedback throughout the process to get concepts to stick to memory.

This was intense experience 😳 With a Manikin. I liked the feedback it gave during the skills? I was to focused on that not applying the information to a real life sernerio. The instructions had alot of patience with me. I appreciated the encouragement. I will encourage my colleagues to give it a try. See you in 2 yrs. Thanks for supporting our community

This course was a perfect way to keep up my ACLS certification. It was nice to be able to do the coursework online at my own pace and then get checked off on the skills when ready.

My experience in renewing my BLS was really simple! I really like the process and really appreciate that the location in doing my skills portion was close to where I live. I’d definitely do this again if it’s still available by the time I need to renew. 👍🏼

Convenient location, super straightforward course.

I have been attending HeartStart classes for PALS a few years now. This year was my first time renewing my license utilizing their self guided manikin for my skills check off. I was a little apprehensive at first but they made sure I was set up for success! I completed the online course work, which took much longer than I expected to completed. Almost 9 hours! The skills portion was easy to schedule online, with many time slots available. They sent me a couple email reminders that included, how to find the location and access the office that does not have a person there. However, the instructions were so clear that I had no problems accessing the necessary tools. They also included videos to help prepare you for success. I did take the time to watch each of them and I believe they truly helped me be successful! Operating the laptop computer and following the instructions to complete the necessary skills check off was easy! I did have to repeat one of the skills as I was getting used to the infant cpr portion. But it was no problem and I was actually happy to have additional time to repeat this skill. The manikin provides instant feedback and I found this very helpful. I’m quite satisfied with this new way to renew my license and happy I completed everything within 20 minutes!
