This provider truly goes above and beyond! It was my first time completing BLS/ACLS training through an online and in-person format, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The room for the in-person portion was clean and organized. The instructions and signs were clear and easy to follow, including simple directions for using the manikin and laptop. Another great feature is that they are one of the few providers offering a bundle discount for BLS, ACLS, and PALS, which is an excellent value. I also had an issue and couldn’t make it to my scheduled in-person portion. Their rescheduling process was fast and easy, and they were very helpful in getting everything taken care of. I’m so glad I found this place! 🔥 I highly recommend this provider for BLS, ACLS, and PALS training. It was a great experience from start to finish!

I needed a last minute place to renew my certifications while I was out of town and came across this place. I really appreciated that they had range of availability compared to a lot of other places where they only have classes available certain parts of the week. This format is an introvert’s dream come true without compromising the quality of skills you need to be assessed for. After the online modules are completed and sent over, an email is sent over for the location and instructions. The instructions are clear and straightforward. There is a mannequin, ventilation bag and computer to access the program that will assess the hands on portion. There are videos sent over in an email as well with instructions on what to expect for each skill but there is a practice session before each skill is assessed as well. The live feedback was very helpful as it can visualize your skills improve in real time compared to the simple green dot often used on the mannequins. I was able improvement on things I haven’t been critiqued on before in in-person classes such as proper ventilation rate and timing. The whole process was easy, transparent and I was able to learn things I hadn’t picked up in my in person classes.

This my second time using this company and it’s so convenient and easy. I’ll keep using them for sure. Those group classes are the pits. This gives you a lot of feedback and as many attempts as you need to get it right. I will say that this time I ran into a mechanical issue with the infant bag mask but I called the phone number and the person on the other side was very helpful - she had access to the computer and could see what I was doing, and we got it done! Just wish they would add a little fan or a/c.

Great place to take ACLS! I have come here many times for renewal. Even if it is offered for free at my hospital I come here because it is less stressful for me. Pete the instructor was funny. The megacode was not intimidating at all. I highly recommend it.

I like this a lot better than in person classes. I love that I could do it on my own time. The mannequin assessment was good I appreciated the fact that you could try multiple times if needed to pass. My only complaint is that the room is hot and I was sweating by the time I left. It's a warm day today.

I've used them twice now for ACLS and PALS. They make it a painless experience. The online learning is easy to follow and the skills checkoff is simple. Definitely be sure to watch the videos on how to use the equipment before you go in for the skills part, they really help make the process seamless.

This is my first renewal of ACLS/BLS using the RQI program through HeartStart. The online portion was thorough, and adjusted for my knowledge base (I have been in healthcare for over 30 years). The in-person testing was easy to access and , in my opinion, better than testing in a traditional group classroom setting. My only feedback is I tested for both ACLS/BLS at the same time and it was redundant. The program does not allow for combining the skills demonstration for those classes and instead I had to demonstrate certain skills (rescue breathing / compressions only / 2 person CPR) twice (1 for each certification).
